Rebuilding Together Savannah is a volunteer organization that in partnership with the community, rehabilitates the houses of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly, disabled, and families with children so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence. There's no place like home! Rebuilding Together Savannah (formerly known as Christmas in April) began in 1997. We are proud to have helped hundreds of homeowners in Savannah and Chatham County remain in their homes in warmth, safety and independence by matching sponsors with homeowners to make needed repairs and safety modifications.
