--Mrs. Smith, a widow, now has hot water for the first time in four years without heating it on her kitchen stove. In addition, her ancient and dangerous gas cook stove has been replaced, sagging flooring in her kitchen has been repaired, and new cabinets and floor covering in the kitchen make her home safer and more comfortable.

--Mr. Williams, a decorated U.S. Army veteran who depends on a wheelchair, now has a roll-in shower, wider doorways, and a much needed new roof. His wife of many years is as happy as he is with the changes.
